How To Add Contact form With Captcha In blogger

We can create contact form in wordpress easily using plugins but how to put contact form in blogger ? Blogger is not PHP website so cant create PHP contact form in blogger. But you can put a PHP contact form in blogger by EmailMeForm

First go to EmailMeForm and click on sign up

Click on Create A Form

Now click on Take Me To The Form Builder, I W'd Like To create My Own Form

Now choose your Contact Form element according your choices

Now save the form

Now click on Take Me To The Form Manger

Now collect your code

Go to blogger Dashboard > Edit Posts > Edit Pages

Now make a page then give "Contact Us" title to the page

Afterwards paste the HTML code in the page and Save your Contact page and publish and you are done
